Everything is okay except for the bus itself. The aircon is not functioning well, and our trip was after lunch time so it’s kinda hot in the bus. It has no wifi, but it has power sockets to charge your phones. The inspector helped us with the immigration.

The bus took 11 hours instead of 6. It also had no WiFi when it said on the website that there was WiFi on board. We stopped for an HOUR for lunch even though we were already running late. The bus was uncomfortable and too hot. I am very disappointed.

I was pissed off because of the Mekong’s driver picked up a lot of people on the street along way from Ho Chi Ming to Phnom Penh. It wasted my time, company should think about it. Thanks

The bus departed Ho Chi Minh City on time. But it was delayed about 1 hour in Phnom Penh from the schedule time and also another 30 minutes delayed when we arrived at the terminal because the bus door was stucked and all passengers have to wait.

They not tell to clients about rest time on the ways.

Surprised there was no toilet on this 6h coach trip.Very annoying that the final arrival point was different to that stated on eticket, persuaded your staff to pay for a tuk tuk to my destination so worked out ok but you need to fix this problem.

We went from Sihanoukville to Phnom Penh. The bus is spacious and comfortable, air con was working and water provided. We started the journey 15 minutes late due to some passengers arriving late. Arrived after around 6 hours instead of the stated 4.
