Mekong express truly provides a great quality of transport services from Vietnam to Cambodia. I haven't encountered any problem with our transfer. It was fast & smooth. Thanks to our guide or inspector who's always there to guide and answer our questions.

Driver was awesome

Driver didn't speak any english despite the website saying all drivers are fluent. The minivan wasn't fully booked so it was spacious and comfortable. Bus took 5.5 hours and was just a bit later than indicated.

Experience doesn't live up to what is advertised. Driver didn't speak any English. Border proceedings were confusing. Bus was small but comfortable enough. Was dropped off in Phnom Penh in a different part of town then what my ticket said. Bus was on time

Great bus ride, spacious. Left on time and arrived on time. I would highly recommend it.

I booked a bus ticket from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap. The bus was new and clean and the staffs were very respectful, friendly and helpful with my journey. The Driver was very great. they provide us with some breads and a bottle of water. The wifi also works

Again, no wifi but with power sockets to charge your phones. Aircon is not functioning well. But overall, it’s good. :)
