Safe driving is most important so thank you! The bus is old, the seats bed to be deep cleaned and broken plastic, handles, seat belts should be repaired.

We talk about the driver of the Phnom Penh - Sihanoukville part, he was on his phone all the trip long, it took 7 hours to do the way to Sihanoukville.He did not let us lower the AC besides the fact that it was freezing and made a break of 1h in a restau

1. We didn't get the snacks? 2. The bus took us somewhere different from where we were supposed to go! In the email it gave a drop-off location but they made us get out somewhere else. It felt like a scam, there were tuk-tuk drivers waiting there 😒

Dope ride- only minor complain was the internet sucked. Everything else was prime.

Broken bus tool us 6h

bus broke down just outside of Battambang. Had to wait for a new one to come. Driver didn't speak English and couldn't tell us this so had a local come on and tell us. When new bus finally arrived it was much smaller so was hot and cramped for journey.

Bus was two hours late (reasons not explained) so we we missed our ferry to Koh Rong that afternoon, really frustrating and ended up being expensive for us having to book another night's accommodation.

Really nice spacious seats and leg room. Wifi didn’t work at all though
