Phnom penh to Kratie perfect. Kratie Phnom penh driver with agressive attitude on the road. all the time to ring bell. Irresponsable speed. This driver don't think to conséquence for us and others on the road if there was à problem ....stupid.

The bus ensures punctuality. But, improvement is needed in the ventilation and staff assistance. While the bedding was comfortable, the narrow space was a bit uncomfortable to move around. Despite these minor issues, the overall experience was positive.

The van looks old, but seems to be ok.

The driver was nice and polite and bus was clean and cool. The only problem was the fact that we left 1h 30 minutes later than we should have, and waiting for that long in the heat for the bus to arrive was not pleasant.

I don't even understand how a company can be that bad. Basically any kind of sits (solo or doubles ) and bus class you book is totally useless. We ended up 4 people splited in random bus without toilet sharing bed with strangers

Well we had a IT technical issue with this reservation.. Nothing was registered to the carrier IT system. So I finally got another seat in the 9:00am bus.
