I confused the destination selecting : Phnom Penh - Pursat. I have arrived the bus station at Pursat at 15:20. Requesting to change ticket is not accepted and I have to buy new ticket with full price. My confusion and no support from bus company.

Easy, efficient, cheap and comfortable. 10/10. There's some weird info around re the bus stn location. Just walk out of immigration. Head straighy down to road about 100m to the roundabout and you'll see the buses on the right. Thanks
