Book a 11 seats van, got transfered to a bus
Driver rude and unhelpful, dangerous driving

When we asked for wifi as it was supposed to be part of the price we paid for, the driver replied shouted a simple “no” and anything we’d try to ask like the bathroom, we were met with a rude reaction + He drove like he was in a sports car.

Took about 4.5 hours and the driver drove well.

I booked for 12pm, but was called that it was delayed to 12.30pm for some reasons. The express van aircon is not working well - very hot inside the car. Not a big fan of Virak Buntham Van to be honest.
