I booked for 12pm, but was called that it was delayed to 12.30pm for some reasons. The express van aircon is not working well - very hot inside the car. Not a big fan of Virak Buntham Van to be honest.

I would not recommend this company, I had to change of bus 2 times with long waits in between. We placed me next to someone while there was plenty of free sit in the last bus and the woman who placed us was rude. uncomfortable sits and we arrived 2h late.

One arrives several hours before the border and waits unnecessarily at the border. The staff do not care about the group and do not provide the necessary information.

I didn't get the information about the bus change after the border, which resulted in me leaving some of my belongings there, including the Canvas. I tried to get them back. Workers are liers, not recommend the services. I’m dissapointed and angry.
