Service is great though the starting point at Bangkok a bit on the hard side to find.

Fast easy highly recommended

A good organised trip to BKK. The company was prepared for a plan b when we couldn't continue the travel with its big bus due to casino fire at the border to Thailand. The bus was very comfortable.

We booked a VIP van from Bangkok to Siem Reap, but instead, we had a standard van to the border and after crossing it on our own we were put into a normal car, 4 people squeezed into the back seats. The driver didn't speak any English but was polite

Took a night bus from Bangkok to Siem Reap. Surprinsgly a rather pleasant night bus. It wasn't full. The seats are rather spacious and comfortable (and that's from a tall guy pov). You can make them lean back. It was not easy to find the bus though,
