They speak only Vietnamese, so you do not understand anything when they communicate to passengers. Seats couchette are good though.
Seats on bus were broken. No explanation about border crossing just told to get on and off the bus and follow people.

The experience was nothing short of a disaster!!! Please do not take the bus ride!!! - the seats booked online are not honoured. - driver and the other guy were very rude - at the checkpost they unnecessarily made us literally run across the border.
The size of beds in the bus indeed caters more to Asian height people, but it is normal. The driver assistant took $40 for a visa which normally costs $30, but we didn't have to speak to customs, all the administrative stuff was held by the assistant
