Too expensive compared to what it used to be. They increased their price arguing this is because of COVID without any obvious reason.

Your bus is very unprofessional, they left us stranded at the boarder knowing well that everyone needed to stand in line for medical clearances.
No problem at the border. Big comfortable seats, got a water bottle, bus arrived on time, two toilet/food breaks, no information given in English so we were very confused. Would book again. Saff takes passport at the border but gives it back when needed
The bus is so spacious and chairs are comfortably enough for the long trip .
The bus was smelly. The places to use toilet and eat along the road were terrible. The seats old and broken.
The coach & trip was wonderful but online experience required chasing bookmebus to issue the tickets and when visiting the operator bookmebus hadn't notified them so we had to get new seats issued. On the border crossing operator gave no instructions.

This company is one of the best on the Phnom Penh-Saigon route. The VIP bus (twice a day) is recommended for the 1+2 per row seating. Much space for the legs and much reclining. Ideal to sleep.
