This was a very comfortable option for a 6 hour journey. We felt very safe with our driver and the inspector was helpful

Aircon doesnt work well, so its so hot on my seat.

2 hours late. Stopped for 1.5 hours. Nobody informed us of what was going on - not once. Arrived in Saigon very late at night, with no WIFI to book Grab, restaurants closed. Was a disaster.

driver was a ass**le trying to charging me $50 for 2 bicycles in boxes. In the end $15 was the cost of getting on the bus, which was 2 hours late. bus was comfortable and clean won’t use this company again

Your Booking staff is lazy or careless, I booked front 2 seats, but he/she never informed Khumho office. When I arrived at their office, they gave me 2 middle seats , they said bookmebus never inform them. What a poor service of bookmebus! Expensive too!

Good, they help with border crossing passport stamping from VN to KH. However if you have an Indian passport better to take a flight as there are too many formalities at the Cambodia border. Overall bus is clean comfortable n give water bottle

The driver is nice, he's helpful with the border process well even helps with my big box of food inspections. The seat is comfy and big enough. Compare to other companies we can find the cheaper or higher one, but I think this one is worth the value.

They know what they are doing, but don't share information to make the trip worry free. A bit of information/communication would be very useful.

Got wifi but no internet, driver pretended not to understand haha Aircon temp not great, esp. during the sunny midday, even tho coach was half empty
