All good. Bus got us to where we wanted to go and was relatively on time. No complaints.
it’s shown the bus have Wi-Fi but there isn’t internet connection. the chair is broken and old. the TV isn’t working as the description wrote on the website. Not recommended for anyone to use this bus services.
The ride was comfortable, sleeper berths good. Would have appreciated some English explanation when we stopped for toilet break, lunch break and at the border crossing. We also had to change buses outside of HCMC but many people were not expecting this.
Car is good. Driving safety. But WIFI can not use in Vietnam. Cambodia only

Border control only charge $30,but inspector guy told me $50
They try to cheat you of your money (especially if you're not Cambodian or Vietnamese) with pressure and bullying tactics.
The bus was clean and not very full. We booked 2 top level seats/ beds to get the view. Driver and inspector were not too friendly and couldn’t speak much English. They helped with the border formality. Driver constantly beeped the horn
