The cabin was super comfortable - a thicker mattress than another big bus company that we had used, albeit slightly shorter bed. The road was super bumpy which made it tough to sleep, but no fault of the company.

They change my seat from single to double bed. Only they inform me during boarding and bus late.

The bus left on time. Everything went according to what is advertised. The border crossing at Poi Pet went well. They even dropped me off right at the Suvarnabhumi airport! I definitely recommend Virak Buntham. On the way back I went with SRL.Bad decision
