We used this service before. Booking process online was quick and easy, however, there is no place to specify pickup location. Follow up email and phone call needed. If we can specify pickup/drop-off when booking that would be ideal.

It is time to update your schedules. Last time I took the 14:30 minivan drop KPCH to PP, I got a call that it had arrived at 13:45. This time I was told to be there at 14:00. We left at 13:58.

In years past, Virak Buntham has had a less than great reputation, but they've upgraded everything about the company lately, and the service is superb! I would happily book a ticket with them again.

Left on time and even arrived earlier than expected which is always nice. Great AC, even had a charging port for phones, highly recommed.

The bus ride was good, eventhough we arrive to early at destination. The only thing is that we slept in a bed were the A/C outlet were broken so we cannot close them, so it was very cold in the bus.

Boarding, seats, bus, driving all good. Standout VB service at border. English speaking VB staff take passports for processing you wait 20 mins in restaurant. At border you get ppt back and staff guide you through as a group. Made it very easy 30mins.
