Was not informed that our bus was cancelled when we went to check-in, however staff arranged a taxi at their own expense. Taxi was shared with others going to the same destination so driver made pickups along the way. We got where we needed to go.

Checked in at the Virak Buntham office and waited in a clean waiting room with WiFi. All staff were easy to communicate with. Bus departed on time, and was clean and comfortable. Provided with a bottle of water. Bus arrived at destination on time.

i request for pick up at the airport but no one come so bad

I thought I booked a mini van but it was a bus, it was early and left on time and the drive wasn’t slow as I thought it to be. It arrived on time! Nice and clean bus

We used this service before. Booking process online was quick and easy, however, there is no place to specify pickup location. Follow up email and phone call needed. If we can specify pickup/drop-off when booking that would be ideal.

It is time to update your schedules. Last time I took the 14:30 minivan drop KPCH to PP, I got a call that it had arrived at 13:45. This time I was told to be there at 14:00. We left at 13:58.

In years past, Virak Buntham has had a less than great reputation, but they've upgraded everything about the company lately, and the service is superb! I would happily book a ticket with them again.
