I booked 10.30am and the bus ready to go at 10am. Very punctual! The driver drove fast, reached 5 hours from PP to SR. Aircon doesnt work and all of us very hot until need to open window to get fresh air

- Staff is good help and be cheerful. - Staff at bus terminal should can speak english.

Car drives very fast and this company not accommodation with the customer.

Booked seat 2 and 3, got 11 and 12 without confirm.

There duplicated tickets(same seat/bed). So, I exchange seat for a lady passenger.

Good service, extremely puntually!! Fast and safety. But at dinner too fast (we ordered but don't have time to eat....)

It's been a good experience for first timer like me. The services are tiptop. They also provide complimentary mineral water. The driver bus will exchange at every stop. The bed has enough space. Very good.
