The bus levt on time and arrived on time, 5 hours later including 2 stops. The seats are ok. The plastig seat made it warm but I had a sarong and put it on the seat. The driver was good.
The bus very fast I am satisfied
Unfortunately the seats were extremely uncomfortable although this van was not so old
No Hotel pick up, nevertheless it was confirmed. That caused a lot of trouble! No appology, no compensation! Not reliable!
Originally booked on 4pm bus, but cancelled. 5pm bus was fully booked. I susoect this happens often. Left 20 mins late - appeared to be waiting for 2 passengers. Very squashed seating in back row of bus. Despite late departure, arrived Siem Reap early
