After loading up the van in Phnom Penh, we left about 15 minutes late but no drama ... including 2 short stops, we still arrived in Siem Reap early. Only downside, other than office staff nobody spoke English so communicating was not possible.

excellent job. was clean, quiet and comfortable. slept the entire way and did not even know we arrived at Siem Reap.

No WiFi on bus.

The driver was good, but did not speak a word of english, tue bus was comfortable. The driver stopped twice durinf the trip and still we made it to Siem Riep before time. Overall they provided a good service

New fleet if minibuses. Very Comfortable.

Overall good. Quick trip. Driver was very safe. My complaint is confusion at drop off point. When dropped off, the only person talking to me was a pushy tuk-tuk driver. I wasn't even sure if we were at right drop off location listed on the website.
