Was forced to spend extra $20 for a "special visa service" by the inspector, who implied he would drop me at the border and would not bring my passport with the others if I did not pay him $20 for the special service. I was cheated by this company.

I was very pleased with bus and service overall, however when arriving in sihanoukville we were not dropped at the bus station but left outside of town forcing me to spend 5 dollars on a taxi. Before this I was extremely pleased with the journey.

We booked two seats on a 11 seater van and picked the last row, it was very crowded even for a small sized Asian female. Only three seats should fit in the last row as in the other two rows but instead 4 seats were fitted in and that made it so crowded.

Driver made a disgusting noise the whole way. Bus was boiling hot. No wifi as advertised. Would choose a different company next time.

The bus ride was great. Left 5 minutes late, but still got to Battambang on time. I had booked my ticket earlier, but they said that there were no seats left for me. I ended up sitting on a seat in the aisle. It was OK, but I was thankful to get a ride.
