We made contact with Mekong Bus via email and they responded promptly.They collected us from our hotel The staff were easy to deal with and dropped us at our hotel after arrival in Sianhoukville. Driver was safe and friendly. A great service. Recommend!

pleasent, perfectly organized trip

All in all a good journey. Sometimes a little more information why we have to give the passport, but peanuts :) The only thing: toilet was broken. This is why the accommodation got only 3 stars. Thank you for your service. :) recommend it.

Overall, this trip was OK. But we were on the bus for two and a half hours before a break to stretch our legs and use the facilities. Once back on board, it was only another sixty minutes to Siem Rap. Poor timing.

The journey was comfortable but the wifi wasn't available. We only had one stop which was like more than 3 hours into the journey. The drivers need to remember they are transporting people therefore they should drive carefully.

Bus wasn't direct as promised, had to spend more than 2 hours waiting for another bus (now MINIBUS) and then another 2 hours driving around city collecting mail and cambodians. arrived late, drop-off point missed. will never recommend mekong express
