I think that your company don’t take care customer. It too bad. I had been refuse your services and change to Larryta bus. Your service is bad !!!

We had so many groups passing before us at the borders. The guide was not staying near the Vietnamese officers and our passport, so the Vietnamese officers just took so many passports before ours.

Great and confortable trip!

Bus quite old, seat not so comfortable. The girl of Mekong Express should be a bit more professional, without laughing and chatting with the driver all the trip. Departure terminal too far from the centre of Phnom Phen

For a no frills trip from Siem Reap to Battambang and back to Siem Reap, Mekong Express was great. Departure was a little later than 8am, closer to 8:30 both times, and in turn arrived about half an hour later both ways. Otherwise- a solid, simple ride.

Good serivice, comfy seats, WiFi on board and water / wet wipe. Careful driver

Comfortable trip from Sihanoukville to Phnom Penh. I suggest this company for your transfer.

Despite the reviews, everything was perfect from the moment I got my ticket printed and baggage tagged until I safely arrived in Phnom Penh 6 hours later :) The sleeping chair/bed was slightly thin for a big man like me, so tips; get the window seats.
