Bus is good as cheap price.

Leaving exactly on time and arriving a bit late (heavy traffic so not the operators fault), overall good ride, would recommend to use

Fast and efficient way to get to Phnom Penh from Battambang. Passengers should be informed as to when the stops will be prior to the van leaving.

Bus was 30 min late and we had also a 30 min stop, so the timetable wasn't respected at all, but it seems to be normal in Cambodia. Bus was old but comfy, we got also a bottle of water. Driver was fast, Khmer style.

Vehicle in poor condition, seats smashed, curtains damaged, no service on board, the driver is alone, he does not speak English. He took the time to dine at the border but only made a single 10-minute stop for the passengers' Poor service - bad journey.

Good all round

Our first bus was amazing and our guide was lovely. He dealt with a lot of bad situations very well. I was frustrated that the trip was supposed to be 5.5 hours and turned into 7. That's not counting the hour we had to stop to wait for a second bus.
