Older bus with pretty small uncomfortable seats. Crossing the boarder was very confusing as we were told where to go but not why or what to do by the bus people. A little late, but it was overall okay.

Wrong directions, vans late, waited 6 hours after expected departure time and journey took 7 hours... Not the best experience...

I love Mekong Express. I’ve used them as my means of transpo from Ho Chi Minh to Phnom Penh and a night after in Phnom Penh, I used them again for my Phnom Penh to Siem Reap trip. I’m amazed that they have snacks on board!

Suggest writing 12:30 to 6:30 pm on the website. 6 hours is more correct from Sihanoukville - Phnom Penh.

Bus departed late and arrived over an hour after scheduled time. Bus needs updating and would be good to have USB or plug socket for charging mobile phone. Otherwise pretty smooth and comfortable journey.

Overall very satisfactory. For additional inputs and better service, driver should inform passengers how many stops before departure. :)

We were asked to pay $5 each to cross the border from VN to CB for the process to go faster. it is unacceptable to then be told that if we didn’t pay, the bus wouldn’t wait for us. And the fact that it is actually just $1 is even worse. It wasn’t just us.
