The bus departed Siem Reap on time but there was 45 min delay in reaching Battambang, without any particular traffic jam or accident during the journey.

Very good service. Punctual, nice staff. They give you water and some bakery food. I recommend it!

The road is still a bit rough and bumpy & one lane each way means you get stuck behind slow traffic too much. Still, the driver did a good job and we arrived in 5 1/2 hrs, which wasn't too bad at all.

Could have been 5 stars, but the girl attendant was a little snub, not friendly, and not even smiling, unlike the first attendant we've encountered riding your bus from Phnom Phen to Siem Reap (very friendly and accommodating).

The Cat mekong express website stated that if it's a direct bus, there was no need to get off the bus while on the borser. But we alighted at the Vietnam border and waited aimlessly until somebody called a passenger's name.

Only took 3 hrs and pick up was on time. Dropped off at central location which is great. All our Mekong vip transport was very clean and comfortable with adequate service stops.
