was good hassle free just be on time provided water and snacks, just bring snacks or dinner to save on money bus stop food is expensive.

In less than an hour, the bus had a problem. Aircon is not functioning. Also, the “girl inspector” asked for 2usd for visa application even though we don’t need one. It seems like she is making a lot money out of it.

Very good service. But food at the stop was not nice but expensive.

The bus stopped at expensive place for a lunch, we would like eat at more cheaper restaurant. On the other hand, they have nice and free toilets.

Driving was fast but not crazy. Good there was no music on bus. Good rest stop. Appreciated getting dropped off at my hotel.

Driver was late for 30mins, then the journey back to Phnom Penh was late by 2 over hours, had a plane to catch and almost miss my flight

The bus journey itself was fine. Charged extra even if have e-visa. Inspector lady was so rude. Waited ages at border, unnecessary if we had done it ourselves. But they take your passport from you so you can't. Really didn't like the lady inspector!!
