Journey took 2 hours longer than advertised but I can't see how it could be done in the advertised time. Back row seats very cramped and Aircon didn't reach them.

It was a good service, with speedy passage through the border. The driver was reckless, passing lines of cars as oncoming trucks approached. I have seen this many times. The driver will learn only when someone dies.

Van left on time, got in a bit late. We were picked up at our hotel free of charge which was lovely. Van was comfortable. Free water, moist towel, and box of cookies. Lots of bathroom stops and a short stop for lunch—maybe more stops than we needed.

Old bus, hostess abrupt, more than 2 hour lateness. 5$ fee to process the visa, but the alone travelers were much faster than us. I’m gonna suggest other solutions rather than this to go to Phnom Penh.
