Arrived 1h30 late and the driving was dangerous. Giant ibis was much better and felt safer.

Very experienced and helpful driver. Kept calm despite terrible traffic jams on the road and in Phnom Penh. If you have to catch a flight, schedule safety time. At least 6 hours. Anything might happen. We only had very good experience with bookmebus!!

No drinking water in the night bus.

Very smooth boarder crossing minimal delays...we did however not arrive until around 230pm

Broken seats could not recline broken arm rest no wifi in bus could not turn off light on top of my head

Sometimes the driver drove too fast and dangerously. So he was making stops for personal reasons. The vehicle was clean and comfortable.
