Great service!!!!

Arrival time at 2.40 p.m instead of 1.30 p.m. Maybe it will be better that customers know that the trip lasts 6 hours minimum and not 5 hours.

Driver was very fast (realitive to the other buses Ive taken in Vietnam) Border process was so easy and much nicer than some of the horror stories id read online.

Overall is excellent, except we were 2.5 hours behind ETA.

Brilliant service and great punctual trip. Would definitely use again.

We appreciate Company's effort for the pick up at the hotel because it was too hot for us to go to the bus station on our own. Though it was late for more than half hour and the trip took longer than we expected due to border control in Vietnam.
