There's a (long) restroom break. Then the driver turns on the engine and everybody go back to the bus. The AC is on, the engine is on, all doors are open & passengers waiting but the driver stays outside for 15 minutes... Zero consideration for ecology...

Great ride and very comfortable

Lots of roadworks made for a bumpy ride and a delayed arrival. We were very unhappy that the driver used his phone whilst driving.

Overall a good experience. Driver was good but didn't speak English. Good driving and got us where we needed to go with stops along the way. Good value for money

At 07:00 am on my reservation, the bus ticket departing Ho Chi Minh City has been changed to VIP bus. I was contacted by email in advance. The driver is safe and very kind. The bus was comfortable and departed and arrived on time.

Driver was a bit scary at the times. Driving quite dangerously.
