Worst bus experience I ever had. Departure time was 8:30 am. Bus arrived at 9 am. Then proceeds to pick up 5-6 people at separate locations. With a final stop for the bathroom before we even left Phnom Penh. We left Phnom Penh close to 10:30 am. Not 8:30.

Worst experience of bus in Cambodia. The driver was dangerous, with terrible driving. The bus was old, dirty, with not properly functioning AC. We stopped maybe 15 to 20 times to randomly pick up or drop off people.

worst experience! i will never ride with this company driver is rude, because im a filipina and said he said “shoo you filipino” i paid as same price as other foreigners!
service not good
I booked for overnight bus, and it was only overnight bus until the border (3h) after was a small van so uncomfortable to sleep there. Chaotic because on the border we had to take tuk tuks and no one really knew what was happiening + 2:30h on the border.
Our drivers were great, very happy with the service. Guided through boarder both ways, done this crossing many times but they helped a lot. A driver in Poi Pet was drinking, I spoke up about this. Apparently he was our driver but lost face and left empty.
A driver in Poi Pet was drinking beer. Not our driver but another van. I told him he shouldn't and he left. Our drivers were great, very happy with the service.
