I booked for overnight bus, and it was only overnight bus until the border (3h) after was a small van so uncomfortable to sleep there. Chaotic because on the border we had to take tuk tuks and no one really knew what was happiening + 2:30h on the border.
Our drivers were great, very happy with the service. Guided through boarder both ways, done this crossing many times but they helped a lot. A driver in Poi Pet was drinking, I spoke up about this. Apparently he was our driver but lost face and left empty.
A driver in Poi Pet was drinking beer. Not our driver but another van. I told him he shouldn't and he left. Our drivers were great, very happy with the service.
Go Ho in Siem Reap spontaneously arranged us to get to Trat the same day. Well organised and on time!
The service was excellent from beginning to end. We were guided through the boarder control efficiently and all our luggage was handled well. Highly Recommended.

I rated 5 starts because we made it safe to our destination. took the 8 hour long trip and it ended up 12 hours. Immigration took the long time. The driver was 15 minutes late. Add that to traffic in Bangkok. Out of characters.. ig @rickiswalkingtours
