The trip itself was ok, but I was not happy at all with the food situation. We left Siem Reap at 7.30am and we had to wait for lunch until 2pm! We were very hungry. We passed plenty of good food stalls, but the driver didn't stop there.

vip bus with a partition between two rooms broken and the individual lights not working. cushion and blanket of very average hygiene. a small bottle of water would have been nice.

I was in seat 1. The seat map does NOT show a passenger between me and driver. 10 minutes after departure the driver added one more person next to him. Very Unsafe and uncomfortable. You need to show it in seat map if there is one more person. Too bad.

Good but often too cold and time announce is never correct. We did not arrive at 5:30am but at 3:30am.
