Terrible experience. After calling to confirm twice that the driver could pick me up at the Pochentong office, and having staff at the office call two more times to confirm, they forgot to pick me up. Bookmebus has not helped in getting a refund.

The journey went super smooth, got to Phnom Penh earlier thank expected and crossing the border was surprisingly easy and quick! I Recommend it!

bad review due to the not working air condition and tiny seats in the back. The air condition was so low that it was very hot insight the bus. this was very uncomfortable. in addition to that the seats in the back were very tiny.

Punctual, comfortable and great AC

The seats are super small and, specially if you are tall, it is quite uncomfortable. Also, the seats numbers were different in the website and later in reality.

boarding @ Sihanoukville took at least 30 mins for the staff to settle. Driver made a lot of stops picking up a lot of passengers along the way which had the bus full of standing people during the trip.
