The border crossing was chaotic. Non English speaking VET middle man, told me to wait for the passport. Then the bus left, with my passport and luggage and left me standing at the border. They didn't check if someone was missing in the bus.

Perfect trip with Vet Air Bus from Siem Reap to Phnom Penh. On time, perfect condition, and perfect service. Snacks and tea with a stop midway. Clean and comfortable bus, even with screens and movies !

Very friendly and helpful people at the desk. Perfect trip, at safe and comfortable speed. Two stops along the way, one short, one 30 min, were perfect. My 2nd trip with vet, will book them again.

As this was my first time I was surprised that we were taken in s small bus to another station where we had to wait 45 min for the airbus. The airbus was great- friendly service good food very comfortable, just the start was a bit messy.

Positive aspects included a great bus, perfect hostess, and good meal break. Negatively, the driver's reckless speeding and disregard for safety were alarming, despite not being late. Reduced stars to 2 from a potential 5 due to safety concerns.

I booked the bus of 5.30 pm from PP and discovered that we had to wait for almost an hour on the way to get on the right bus. The drivers were good (having 2 drivers, is so safe! ), but knowing the real arrival time, would 've been useful!
