The air conditioner has been broken for my seat and its very cold to stay on the bus 5 hours

the staffs are great and provided good service while I personally dont like the smells of the food inside the car and under the air conditioner. there were two kids who always cry and scream. that was annoying

Very comfortable journey, glad we chose VET, will go with them again. Note we did arrive 20mins later than expected but did not mind.
