Our booking was for 8:30. Arrived at 7:50. Got on 7:45 bus that left at 8:10. Need cooler a/c. With individual controls.

great vehicle.. safe driver . on time... only issue was the tourist in the front passenger seat playing his music like he was dj-ing at a club... complete idiot who also jumped out of the van and opened the rear hatch like he was boss

Your bus service came highly recommended on TripAdvisor & it did not disappoint! The inspector was awesome! When I got to Vietnam, the lady working in your office (Moon) was incredibly nice & helpful. Only negative - wifi on bus was not working.

Delay of the bus. Keep playing with the horn in the morning and caused distractions.

I bought a ticket for 7 a.m. bus but came to the bus terminal only at 8 a.m. So we started the trip 1 hour later. I was upset and disappointed.

Bus left late but it's Cambodia, say no more. One rest stop which served coffee etc. All in all a good experience.

Good service, pretty punctual on leaving. Driver good. Bus not in bad nick. We were given water on the journey from Siem Reap to Battambang but none on this leg. Maybe they forgot. Would use again no problem.

Kept picking up random people on the side of the road and dropping them off random places. Busses did not have outlets or WiFi.
