No complaints. The whole process was good from buying ticket online to actual transport. Departed on time and arrived as expected.Older bus but had no mechanical issue.I was comfortable for a relatively short ride.Would ride with Mekong Express again.

Departed punctually, comfortable seats, and overall a good trip. Arrived late, but due to roadworks on the road from Siem Reap to Battambang.

The driver arrived on time if not a little early to pick me up at my hotel. The drive was great except for very bad roads near kampot causing a flat tyre. He fixed it quickly however.

The driver was fine, but really liked his horn. We left a little late, and the trip took longer than six hours. We arrived around five pm, but the traffic in HCMC was bad. Good water and snack. Poor wifi, useless. Drop off spot in HCMC: 5/5.

The wifi on board was not working on both busses. Your employee at ho chi minh office told us that we could take a new Vietnamese visa at the borded but was not true. We had to book a flight and an eVisa to go back. Totally not clear information.

Everything was perfect. Very good company

On our PP to SR bus our driver and guide were great. Professionally run company. Old bus and very narrow seats. Punctual. Free snack wasn’t good.

The overnight bus experience is great! The free biscuits were also good and I like the idea that you can leave your bags at their bus station and go around in the city without hassle.
