I had read some shaky reviews so I was actually pleasantly surprised by the experience — bus left dead on time, the seats were comfortable and it was cool inside. We arrived in HCMC not too long past the advertised time. Recommend!

Everything was good

They give me a difference seat from my booking confirmation online it seems my booking didn't get through the system properly; other than this all good.

The driver honking all the time can be a little bit annoying. The seats/beds on the sleeper bus are pretty short and definetely not made for western people. Overall it still was a pretty pleasant experience.

I made a reservation, but it was not confirmed due to a mistake by the staff. I blamed it on me and raised my voice and got angry

I made a reservation using the app, but it was not copied to the reservation table due to the company's mistake. Even though it was his own mixte, the person in charge yelled at me without even confirming it. I don't even apologize. very unpleasant

the driver provided assistant when we were at the immigration. very good
