Friendly staff, comfortable seat (can lie back and hold your feet), comfortable space for 185 lbs man, wide enough without touching other man's shoulder.

Nice bus. Quick response from company. Used eticket fine. Would recommend.

it was ok from what we experienced -traveling by buses in Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia including- this was above average. However all transportation services have one thing common and so- lack of infos provided to travelers, especially not local ones.

One star too many for Kumho Samco, who failed to get us from PP to HCMC. Bus was good, driver a heavy braker but ok. Attendant awful; knowingly left us at Vietnam border, despite the short hold up being due to his mistake. No attempt at warning. Disgrace.
