Good ride on the luxury van from PP to SR. Only complaint is that you can not open the van door from the inside. This could prove to be very dangerous in an emergency situation.

Trip went well; bus left late but arrived 2 hrs early. Beds small but comfy, pillows fragrant. Upper level advised for windows. Disliked no drop-off at port; had to use pricier tuktuk. Unclear meeting point in Siem Reap. Overall, better than expected.

Terrible. The location given by BookMeBus was completely wrong and on the opposite side of the city. Rude service from the bus company, driver was dangerous and beeping constantly, and a scam on the bus for $5 for the free stamp at the border.
