Taken care of throughout. Wish we had booked the upper bed, we were lower level. Floor level and above the axle so felt every bump. but that said great travel and great company

Wonderful service from Bangkok to Battambang and return. Very comfortable and clean minivans. Wifi to Border on Feb 1; change of vans at Poipet. But Wifi all the way from BTB to BKK on return Feb 16. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

Bus started with a delay of 20 minutes. Lot of traffic, it took 4 hours. I had to give my seat to woman with child. She was half sitting on my lap, taking more than 2 seats, so I moved backwards. Driver did not make any stop for restrooms. Not a nice trip
