The bus change the bus without contacted me. I really dissapointed.

Everything was fine but the cabin, which is just to small for two tall people :-D and there were little insects, which didn't attact us, but you could see them running around.

I am worried about the SAFETY The driver had no SAFETY BELT 2 times, he was driving on the OPPOSITE DIRECTION ( on the LEFT SIDE OF THE ROAD), with cars coming in front, in order to reach a parking

worst bus experience ever. I don't recommend this bus services anymore.

It was an amazing experience and the staffs were very helpful too. They even helped us carry our luggages and supported us in immigration process.

If you can sleep when you travel this is great! Such a time saver! Though I would say, the beds are very small and you're sharing. For me this was fine as I'd just met a group of people to go with but maybe difficult with a stranger.

Minibus left 15 minutes late. Arrived 15 minutes late. Trip pleasant. Adequate time to eat at stopover. Driver at bit incessant using the horn, got irritating after a while. Driver was safe and cautious.
