toilet dirty

Driver turned off the AC. Didn’t have a toilet onboard and didn’t stop for a bathroom for 5 hours. The is was very old and therefore the bus felt like it was going to tip over going around corners because the suspension is bad.

The website says that all buses have a toilet and Wi-Fi on board. That is not true. I have taken 3 overnight buses and none of them have had a toilet or Wi-Fi.

Good experience over all. Only problem is we booked the bus from PP at 11pm, supposed to arrive in Siem Reap at 8am. We were happy to sleep in the bus after a long day but the bus already arrived at 04:40 in Siem Reap. It was a long wait for check-in…

Luxurious hotel bus but very bad service, bad driver, uncomfortable and not clean. We won't ever using this service again ever.
