This is the worse trip ever… been waiting more than 5HR… and my sit was booked by other passenger… and the driver keep fill the bus non-stop… booked VIP van got a normal Van

It was not a good experience since the bus is getting old, the engine broken along the way. the bed smelled oil from the engine made me hard to breathe. please make it outstanding again as it used to be. Thanks.

Safe and comfortable. Trip was late, not at fault of the bus company. It was late due to inconsiderate other customers. arriving late to the bus station. I would recommend this company.
