They changed the bus from a minivan to a big bus, but that wasn‘t a problem at all. The seat was really comfortable and the staff nice. We arrived 20 minutes later than planned, but I think this was because the big bus couldn’t go so fast.

Thanks for a comfortable trip! You made it a very easy process getting across the border and the bus was comfortable and cool for our family of five.

Was not informed that our bus was cancelled when we went to check-in, however staff arranged a taxi at their own expense. Taxi was shared with others going to the same destination so driver made pickups along the way. We got where we needed to go.
