First time travelling with this company. It was really great overall. Friendly driver. Free small bottle of water. Fairly new/clean van.
Bookmebus platform still allow booking even tho seila closed booking. This led to conflicted seat. I had to be moved 3 hours later. Arrived home late and had to sleep outside for a night. Not seila angkor problem but bookmebus. Will not use bookmebus agai
Was told one stop was for 20 minutes and it took 59 minutes. The 2 shorter stops were also closer to half an hour. The journey from SR-PP was over 10 hours and 15 minutes the longest I have had in 10+ years

No negative things. I took a bit longer than I expected, but I understood it, as it was holiday.
