Overall service is great. Since we're in the Digital Age i still choose booking online. And i find Bookmebus is really useful. Fast easy reliable, always get the seat that i want. more over they have the best support. Keep up the good work.

So far so good but the aircon seem doesn’t work

Pick up 20 minutes late, bus departure on time but very cramped and aircon inadequate. Driver excellent but I will look elsewhere for greater comfort.

No leg room whatsoever, air conditioning useless , driver didn’t care and completely ignored us, will never use your bus company again

It delayed 15 minutes. And because of traffic jam in Phnom Penh, it took time. And not so much space for baggage. But driver was good.
