Bus broke down 2 hours in, but I was collected by the next passing bus, only an hour delay. It couldn't be helped.

Our bus to Siem Reap was perfect, on time great seats, But on the way back, they cancel our departure when we were already on the bus and asked us to wait 3p more minutes that turned into 45 minutes and a smaller minivan with uncomfortable seats.

Overall, the service was an excellent choice! Although a bit of guidance at the offices on what's happening & where to check in would be good. ⭐

Generally everything was very good but there was no seat belt on my seat, which was very worrying. A VIP service should have seat belts.
