Customer service team were great. Journey started off at 8.45pm instead of 8.30pm. Just a little disappointed that we didnt arrive at the estimated time of 2.30am. We reached our destination at 4am. Loved the cleanliness if the sleeper bus.

Worst service of my life. I will be reporting Bookmebus as a scam company. Upon arriving, Larryta told us that our booking on Bookmebus did not go through even though we had already paid 37.80 USD, we did not get a ride at all. I want a full refund.
