Not punctual both departure and arrival. Took 8hrs to arrive PP from Siem Reap, even without any traffic jam. Some stops to pick up more passengers along the way are very time consuming.

I really appreciate for this app that make me feel comfortable with my Trip.

not operated by the company I booked (was taken by a tuk tuk to another boarding point), not on the selected seat, no functioning air-conditioning, mini van rather old and uncomfortable, arrived almost 1h late, not at the indicated drop off point.

It was an excellent trip. Great driver, excellent service in the depot, and as always, Mey Hong is my preferred bus company. I've never had a problem with them, and they allowed me a lot of extra luggage, at no additional cost.
