No words, I was thrown out from Heaven to Hell. Bus was changed to small VAN with no leg space to stretch now any available space to put passengers' belongs. Their ad should be changed by adding " Bus type may be changed to mini-BUS without notice "

More than expected. Spacey and punctual. Definitely recomend my friends Mey Hong Bus. Pick-up at the hotel was rejected even though it is in the zone. Bookmebus never help me by repeatedly saying bus company didn't accept due to out of pick-up zone.

What I like about Mey Hong for this trip is their punctuality and friendly driver. They take care of my luggage well but window seat is a little bit narrow.

I had booked 2ticket by PIPAY .and I ready show the ticket # with seat # by phone to him but he refuse than force me to take a note from the reception .

The bus I took was quite new, but doesn’t look like it is maintained well enough. Inside was filthy, some of the seats have no seatbelts. But A/C is good enough and departure and arrival time are very on scheduled, well punctual.

We had a great experience, the bus was new and very comfortable. The only bad thing that I can think of is that they put movies the entire journey with very loud volume, and it’s kinda uncomfortable if you wanna sleep. Apart from that it was great !

I would like to recommend Meyhong bus such a comfortable and one more would like to request, please let us to select the seat accordingly. Thank you if you let us to select the seat.
