Lack of hygiene, many unnecessary stop to pick people or drop. Stop at usual places unlike other bus company. Staff are low key rude and unprofessional. A/C was out, only air that I got.

Excellent very friendly service and a lot cheaper than other operators even with a more spacious bus.
